How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day — usually within a few hours if you message during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm Irish time).
Do I need to know what I need before contacting you?
No. Plenty of people reach out with "my IT is a mess, can you help?" — and that's fine. We'll ask the right questions, figure out what you actually need, and give you an honest recommendation. No upsell.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. We'll talk through your situation, assess what's needed, and give you a clear plan — no cost, no commitment. You only pay if you decide to work with us.
Do you only work with Cork businesses?
No — we're fully remote and work with businesses across Ireland, from Donegal to Kerry. Location is never a barrier.
What if I'm outside Ireland?
We primarily work with Irish businesses (pricing and tax setup is built around that), but if you're elsewhere in the EU and have a strong fit, get in touch — we'll take a look.
